One of my favorite neat finds after a year of attending rural estate auctions- (buying selling collecting)

I bought these paintings recently at the artists estate auction, he died in 2006. I got a total of about 15 or 20, all different sizes. Most of these were done in 63-68, I don't think he painted much after that point. It was a very enjoyable and interesting find. I don't plan to sell them, they look really incredible together and many of them match our house in eerie ways.

I also bought about 1000 of his LPs, he had fantastic taste in music and was a lifetime collector. I do plan to sell many of those.

I purchased these at the same estate auction, they were the only pieces there by this artist, I really fell in love. I'm kinda embarrassed to admit that I only paid 2 bucks for them- though I'm sure most of the crowd thought that was too much. Once I deciphered the signature I discoverd he's a "listed" artist -although he's not very well known. He's still alive and he painted for many years. I like these earlier pieces better than his more contemporary work.
